We have a mature (about 12 months old) Aracuana (green/blue egger) rooster that is surplus to our needs. He is from show stock and a nice looking roo.

If anyone is interested let me know. We would be happy to swap for anything eg a bag of homegrown vegies, fruit or WHY.

We are located in Narrogin and can deliver to a 50km distance.

Not much action in the Pod CD, put a dead yabbie in 2 days ago and checked today and it is orange, maybe to hot for them,

Not for me stretch, neighbor has a few roosters that keep my Isa's excited

Nup - as long as the pod is not in direct sunlight, it won't be too hot for them. The warmer it is the more active mine get. As it is now, you can actually hear them moving around in there as you walk past. Sounds like a movie sound effect, like the one they put to all the snakes slithering around in the first Indiana Jones  once they push him into the excavation where he found the grail.

I know someone in Narrogin who may be interested, I might give them a ring for you.

I would appreciate that Rick.

I don't like his chances with the Indian Game Roo that is joining the flock this weekend.

I'm jealous of you guys..... Wish I could get some breeding happening, but I reckon my neighbours here in the city might be a bit upset.

many people in suburbia put their roosters in a "roster box" at night. Doesn't stop them crowing, but it does muffle the noise. If your neighbours complain about the noise during the day :swear: :bat:

If you still have him I could do a swap, I believe they are good at scratching not like my Columbian buff wyandotes. Then I just need to find me a female to keep him company. :thumb:

OK, the rooster is still here. I am still looking for a new home for it. It needs to be gone by this weekend or it meets the axe.

Anybody interested?
